All of our rescues upon arrival are placed into mandatory isolation for a total of 10 days,where they can
be monitored for any ailments or temperament issues. During this time of monitoring they are slowly transitioned to O&M
holistic dog as our goal is to promote health and wellbeing. Every dog is wormed and given their first round of vaccinations
they are also checked for any external parasite and given a tick & flea treatment regardless if clear or not, (better
to be safe than sorry).
After 5 days of assessments and we feel that they are showing no signs of any kind of ailments
they are all given an oatmeal bath which believe me is wonderful treat all the way around.
At the closing of their isolation
period it is now time to get them rehabilitated checked thoroughly by the vet, spayed/neutered if necessary, finish with their
vaccinations and placed into foster care to get them ready to begin a well deserved life with a family who can not wait to
include them in their homes.
All of the following dogs were pulled from a 100% kill facility by Muddy Paws Rescue and then transported
to their facility in Deer Park.
